I have never been to a laundromat before and from the second I arrived until I left, the customer service was excellent. Elaine was working. She showed me how to use the machines and explained the processes as well. I would rate this experience a 10. Thank you for an excellent first time experience. !!

I drop my laundry off here about once a week and it has been a life saver. Wash, dried and folded so neatly. Thanks for the amazing service.

I wash large comforters here. The lady is helpful with recommendating best size washer/dryer needed for what I have. Clean. Snack bar nice option. I've never used the TVs but see other people do.

I have used Laundry Land's services from their massive multi-load washers to drop off service. The staff is professional, polite, and knowledgeable. The location is clean with plenty of space to do some reading or watch TV while you wait.

i LOVE this location. one of the only laundryland locations in town that is still change based. i've been using this location religiously for 4 years and haven't ever had a single issue. this location and its machines are always super clean and well maintained. miss elaine is super friendly and helpful, and always greets customers with a warm welcome and a thankful goodbye.

We were in Lincoln on a family vacation and needed to get some laundry done. This place was clean. The machines were clean. The employee was super friendly. The prices seem a bit high, but I can't remember the last time I've been to a laundromat, so what do I know? All in all, it was a good place to get our laundry done.

Wow! What an amazing find and the reason we all love Google Maps and the user reviews. We are on a road trip and needed to do laundry. After checking out the hotel machines I thought maybe something better was nearby and easier. I started typing “laundry” and Laundry Land came up with 4.3 stars and lots of cool reviews and pictures - so off we went with our laundry. The facility was super clean and had great machines - but I decided to use the wash/dry/fold service instead since it was so reasonably priced. They did it all in under two hours and when I returned they had clipped the two $10 bills I left in a pocket to the receipt! Such fair, honest and nice people to work with! When we got back to the hotel I have to say I almost wept with joy when the saw the job they did. Seriously - it was perfect - I could not have done a better job. If you need laundry done - go here. Pass as many other places as you need to...go here instead. Awesome!
